Strenuous mountain bike tour from the Rhine Valley with a climb of 1400m in one go to circumnavigate the Vilans. Uphill on gravel or paved dirt roads. Downhill on a demanding hiking trail as well as asphalt and gravel paths.

A really nice but strenuous tour. After 12 km and 1400 meters in altitude I only had 1.5 out of 5 bars and had to save a lot. The 1.5 bars still had to be enough for a good 25km and 400 meters in altitude.
