Start/Finish: Hiking parking lot at St. Clemens Church, Kallenhardt

Great hike on beautiful small paths, often far away from asphalt.

Berthold and I hiked the forest route, the castle route and a pilgrimage route. Basically we took a bit of everything and got to know the pretty little town of Kallenhardt. I was told that there is also a whiskey distillery there.

A beautiful route. Start is at the church, a short walk through the beautiful town of Kallenhardt, then you change into fields and meadows. Shortly afterwards you come to the moated castle. A very well maintained and beautiful facility. The further course is also varied with wonderful views of Kallenhardt and beautiful landscapes.

This view is etched in your memory, because on this hike you can see the picturesque village from almost all directions, which will be able to look back …
