It started out very quiet. With Rieseby a pretty place, good dirt roads, bumpy forest paths, wondrous loneliness at the rest area right on the Schlei.
At Gut Kasmark (photo of the hay high-rise) then a sudden rumble of thunder, we increased our comfortable Dödel speed.... It didn't help, the water flowed from above, within minutes we were completely soaked …
