The Loidlsee is located in an idyllic location near the Agatharied - Wörnsmühl road. It is a lake on the northern edge of the Mangfall Mountains that was created by a landslide from the former Hausham mine in the 1950s. Since this landslide, the lake has dammed the Tiefenbach. The Loidlsee is managed by the Miesbach-Tegernsee District Fishing Association and has an area of 2.31 hectares. The southern side of the lake shore is densely overgrown - several footbridges form the path, which is lined with benches. A forest path runs along the northern shore.
