La Vinya Nova

Highlight • Restaurant

According to the confiscation decrees of 1820 and 1835, the estate was expropriated by the state and sold to wine merchants Joan Antoni Miret and Miquel Formosa, who in 1846 repeated the house and the land. In 1891 Josep Termes, great-grandfather of the current owner, bought the Bruc part, while the Collbató part was acquired years later by the Rogent family. The farmhouse was inhabited by farmers until 1958. Today all the property belongs to the Solá-Lien family, who cultivate the land and manage the restaurant, which has been operating since 1993.
There is a large enough car park apart from the one next to the restaurant.
