30 Foot Pool

Highlight • River

30 Foot Pool is a calm pool with bright blue water. In winter, you might have this pool all to yourself, but in summer, it's a popular place to swim, picnic, and cool off. There's a small beach that is exposed at lower water levels. It's clear, calm water attracts many people there to relax, but you might see some thrill seekers jumping off higher rocks.

The Pipeline Bridge is a pedestrian bridge over Lynn Creek, offering views of the creek in the gorge. The bridge was built in 1993 and serves as one of the park entrances to Lynn Canyon Park and Rice Lake in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve. The bridge was built over existing pipelines. A few meters upstream is the Old Pipe Bridge, which is not open to the public.

View of Rice Lake

Highlight • Lake

Rice Lake is located in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve, a few hundred meters north of the end of Lillooet Road. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout and is a popular fishing spot. A 3-km-long, mostly flat trail surrounds the lake, making it ideal for walking.

Great vegetation. Lots of color and mosses. The path leads u.a. over boardwalks.

Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge

Highlight • Bridge

The Lynn Canyon suspension bridge is 40 metres long and was originally built in 1912. It is wide enough for two people to pass each other and is suspended 50 metres above the clear waters of Lynn Creek. The bridge will sway and shake, but take a peek over the edge for a breathtaking view.

Lynn Canyon Visitors Centre

Highlight • Rest Area

The Lynn Canyon Visitors Centre was completed in 2003. The award-winning, large wood and glass building is located near the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge; the Lynn Canyon Park Ranger Station and restrooms are located on either side of the building.

Now, the building houses the Lynn Canyon Café (before 2008). This is privately operated and open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. year-round.
