The hydroelectric power plant of Trezzo sull’Adda (MI), named after Alessandro Taccani, is a production plant and an iconic monument located on the banks of the Adda River. For this reason, at the request of the industrialist Crespi, the power plant was built using the local stone called “ceppo d’Adda” and taking up the verticalizing modules of the fortress above, so as to integrate perfectly with the surrounding environment.
