... a small moment of inattention and bang, overturn the wheel. Stupid mistake and it's your own fault. Diagnosis in the emergency room, bruises, abrasions, strains and last but not least a broken nose!
Lucky in disguise, could have been worse. Have to take a few days off now.

... after an opulent breakfast 🍳 strapped the bikes to the car and drove a tour along the Sieg. The piece on the victory, however, was little varied and almost boring. Nevertheless, the rest of the route was wonderful. 🚴‍♂️🌤️ Just right with the weather today 👍.
