Trekking bike tour from Cisano sul Neva (Albenga) via Nasino, Alto, Madonna del Lago to the Rifugio Pian Dell'Arma. Back over a small pass with the church of San Giacomo (above a castle ruin) and Aquila D'Arroscia along the sunny slope.
