Bouzigues is a must for oyster lovers. Restaurant after restaurant are lined up along the pier. Here you should make sure that you go to a restaurant whose operator is also an oyster farmer (producteur). Unfortunately the community failed to close the parking lots at the pier. In none of the restaurants you have a clear view of the Etang, as this is blocked by parked cars.
