Bricquebec: Beautiful old city center around a city palace, the oldest part of which dates back to the 9th century. The large tower of this fortification, the so-called donjon, stands mightily above the city, but can currently cannot be visited (as of 07/2019).
Tip: Explore the city on a Monday, because then the city center is closed for one of the largest Monday markets in the department of Manche. At the market there are agricultural products from the region, trinkets and clothes at low prices.
