From our campsite we drove to Titisee station. There we took the Höllentalbahn to Himmelreich. Contrary to the sunny forecast, however, the weather was cloudy and cold.

Despite temperatures of just over 5 degrees Celsius, we followed the Dreisam cycle path, past Freiburg, Umkirch and Gottenheim, until we reached Breisach am Rhein. From there we took the Deutsche Bahn back …
