What a great hike with perfect weather that invited me to take two long breaks and sunbathe. I found it dubious that these huge fish died in this side part of the dam. 😵‍💫 And it's rubbish when the local farmer secures every corner of land with an e-fence for his cows (even where there are no cattle) and thus …

A walk around the small, unassuming Leuba Reservoir. A very quiet, unspoiled area. The paths are easy to walk on, and there are a few benches along the eastern shore. We stopped briefly in Hohenleuben for refreshments; the ice cream parlor was busy, the ice cream was delicious, and the service was very friendly – highly recommended.
