Short and awesome 🥰😎 The access is via a wide path down into the gorge...and that's where things really get going...narrow paths, very narrow paths...over tree trunks, slippery and muddy sections, sometimes quite impassable...and at the end of the gorge you even get coffee and cake 🥰 Then it goes back up on a wide path 😉

However, it is also a bit demanding.
You have to go over narrow ledges, through the water and up various stairs.
It can be a bit slippery so I would recommend trekking poles.
But all in all very nice and a wonderful natural circuit.
With a stop at the Burgmühle.

A wonderful, challenging trail through the Gauchach Gorge.
You often had to be careful to stay on the trail and avoid slipping.

Lonely paths (Thursday morning), some of them directly along the water.
A place to stop for refreshments almost at the end.
