Not the first and probably not the last tour along the eastern shore of Lake Ratzeburg. Due to the cool forest sections, the path is nice to drive even in the greatest heat. We noticed at the swimming area near Pogeez that the diner plans to reduce its operations to weekends starting August 15th. So we went a second time …

The weather was ideal, shorts and shirt were enough for a refreshment tour in the evening. The route is flat and can be driven quickly. Due to the numerous curves, caution is required, in the evening numerous walkers were out and about.

The "Bistro" was still open at the Wakenitz camp, a good opportunity for a Langnese break. 😋
