From Trier over the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge, the tour takes us along the left bank through Pfalzel, Schweich. Here we change the banks of the Moselle. The valley is slowly getting narrower here. The cycle path continues through wide bends in the Moselle and vineyards to Mehring, Detzem, Köwerich and Leiwen, our place to stay today.
