A fantastic hike despite the very autumnal weather. Barneführer Holz is, for me, the most beautiful and pristine forest area in the region. The path along the Hunte River is simply beautiful, regardless of the weather. But even away from the Hunte and the main trails, you'll find wonderful hiking paths and a very diverse range of vegetation.
