Beautiful forest and meadow hike 😊 There isn't much more to say about the trail 😉 The trail itself isn't too difficult, but there are many sections through tall grass... I was able to collect 12 stowaways 🙄

A partly beautiful tour with wonderful elevations, which unfortunately loses its appeal, especially in and around Obergladbach. An unattractive place, an unattractive route and an inn that doesn't show opening times on Google or in the showcase and was of course closed when we were there. There was no other place to stop for refreshments the entire way.

Today we want to explore the WisperTaunus for the first time in imperial weather. For this we have chosen the new Wisper-Trail Gladbacher Almauftrieb.
A nice, but also because of the current route conditions, demanding circular route.

The paths were sometimes very rough, which in combination with snow and frost required good surefootedness.

The Wisper Trail "Glaabacher Almauftrieb" (Glaabacher Almauftrieb), at 18.9 kilometers, is the longest of the 15 circular hiking trails. It climbs and descends from the Gladbach Valley three times (we accidentally did it four times...), alternating between forests and meadows.

After looking at the weather app and the rain radar, I decided to set off. It was a very light drizzle, which I could have lived with. Of course, my shoes and trousers were wet straight away, as the paths are mainly covered in grass. When the rain was supposed to be over according to the app, it really started. …

The "Glaabacher Almauftrieb" is another fantastic hiking trail from the Wisper Trails. Great paths, beautiful views—pure enjoyment. This is the best way to do it using public transport, with a start and finish in Obergladbach.

A beautiful & varied tour, where some sections could be better maintained. 4 out of 5 stars 😉

Anyone who loves nature will get their money's worth here. We started in Niederglaadbach. No major highlights on the tour. Just pure nature. Except for the sheep at the end.
