Zusmarshausen Castle

The building was built in 1505 by Prince Bishop Heinrich IV of Lichtenau as the seat of the episcopal administration. Over the years, the castle, which was owned by the Bishopric of Augsburg until secularization, was rebuilt several times and additional buildings were added.
