Nice pass. In front of it is a plateau, where a fresh wind tends to blow from the Atlantic. You go up, past typical Pyrenean villages. Secluded, beautiful nature. Hardly any cars, hardly any motorbikes. At the top, a view of the next challenge to the west: The Col de Pailhères!
