Short walk from Plankstetten to Berching. You can follow Benedictus Weg 5 to Berching.
Worth seeing in Berching is the well-preserved town wall. Envy the residents. Back after a short coffee break on the Main-Danube-Canal

There we stopped at the monastery tavern. Good to know: hot food served all day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday.

We went back along the canal in beautiful evening sunshine.
