On the way back, we stopped in Chalon-sur-Saône.
The place isn't touristy or unusual, but it does have charm.

We were almost desperate to find a restaurant for dinner, as every appealing one was fully booked. On the way back, we ended up hungry as wolf at a Mexican restaurant called "La María."
