A very muddy tour. Still was fun. 😀

After the ingenious Stoneman adventure, on the way back we stopped in the Eifel and stretched our legs a bit. We deviated from the planned tour due to construction work, but this did not harm the short break tour.

A great and recommendable tour with many steep climbs that were fun!

Today we went to the Eifel in wonderful summer weather ☀️😎. We started in Morsbach (Schleiden) and drove around the Rursee and the Urftsee. (and back to Morsbach) A wonderful route with many small, crisp climbs. 🚵‍♂️ The last stretch up to Vogelsang Castle in particular was tough (partly more than 20% incline / 230m in altitude over approx. 3km). …

Boar that was exhausting! We had to stop and eat and drink all the time ;))) My first time around the Rursee. It was nice!

By car 🚗 to Schwammenauel and then on a beautiful tour. Woffelsbach ➡️ Rurberg ➡️ Einruhr ➡️ up to the Dreiborner Höhe ➡️ Vogelsang ➡️ Urft Dam and back to Schwammenauel.
To picture 1 (collage). Anyone familiar with the spot between Rurberg and Einruhr knows what's going on there. Thank goodness I just had to go down 😘🤣

Einruhr, Ordensburg and via Kermeter back. Sometimes cold, sometimes warm, it depends.
