The climb went over a pasture with cows and horses.

A beautiful hike through our local mountain in perfect weather! As always, we started via Wagnerberg – currently the only possible access from Flintsbach anyway.

The first detour led towards Maiwand. I aborted the climb just below the summit: a very steep path with loose, slippery forest floor – too risky for me today.
