Our plan for today: a walk into town for Sunday coffee, then some shopping and a little exploration of the surroundings. Unfortunately, I wasn't properly equipped for the path through the lava with my low-cut shoes and turned back early, but not before enjoying the late, low afternoon sun just before sunset.
