Evangelical Church Langenlonsheim

Highlight • Religious Site

The Protestant parish church in Langenlonsheim is located at Naheweinstrasse 96. The parish belongs to the An Nahe and Glan parish of the Evangelical Church in the Rhineland (EKiR).

The sacred building dates back to a St. Nicholas church around 1200. It has a late Gothic choir from around 1500, the sacristy dates from around 1588 but is still partly Romanesque. In 1777 a late baroque hall building was added as a nave. In 1867/68 the nave was extended and remodeled in a classicist-neo-Gothic style according to plans by the Wuppertal architect Carl Conradi, district architect from Bad Kreuznach. (Wikipedia)
