Tuesday is the market in Monopoli!

As there is no public transport 🚌 near the hotel, eight of us got together and ordered a taxi 🚖 for the trip there and back....200€, but divided by 8, that's OK for the distance 👌
To the nearest train station would have cost 70€ 😵‍💫!

Small town on the beautiful Adriatic Sea. We took a little stroll through town and discovered many interesting things. Swimming is possible in many places, even with a sandy beach.
This detour was definitely worth it.
