I hiked counterclockwise. The trail after Eglisau is closed because the entire slope has collapsed into the Rhine.

The return trip from Buchberg to Eglisau (approx. 6.5 km) was made by boat – 16 CHF per person. The staff on the ferry were fantastic, and the drink prices were like any regular bar.
