July 11, 2024,Donauradweg 2.Etappe Wesenufer nach Linz

The second stage went from Wesenufer to Linz. Always along the Danube to Aschach, ate the best ice cream in Austria. Then continued to Wilhering Abbey. Went back a bit and changed sides of the Danube at the power station. In Linz we cycled through the old town to St. Mary's Cathedral.

On the way there fought against strong headwinds. Short break with snack and wheat beer directly at the finish. Then back with push assistance. Enjoyed at Achach vs. Steckerlfisch and thus strengthened back to Linz.

At first, I was totally sleepy in the morning and only woke up at 9 am, so I had to quickly have breakfast, pack up, and check out of the "Wilden Mann" within an hour 😅.

Although the knee pain I often experience usually lasts for a few days, I was very surprised that I was still reasonably mobile 🍀🙏.
