Nice round. However, the hiking trails are severely affected by bark beetles due to forestry use and are very difficult to walk on in damp weather. In the area of the Hotel Luchsenburg (currently closed) you can't miss the motorway. The Hochstein is beautiful as the highest point in West Lusatia, with its popular summit book. 😉 At the end …

Old Swede 🫣, that was a hike. Went to Steina in super weather... snow 😱, great, let's make the best of it. Felt just uphill, the paths are well signposted but very slippery and muddy today. Nevertheless, highly recommended 👍 this tour.
