So...after an eternity of abstinence, back to the Charterhouse...great...a little longer there...wonderful break...short climb back...that sounds like a perfect plan...and that's exactly how it was. In sensational weather, right at the start we were greeted by deer, roe deer and wild boar and then we took a comfortable forest path down into the Kropfbachtal (a side valley of the Haseltal) …
