To round off the weekend, we went for a trip to Himmelmoor, because, as everyone knows, "Himmelmoor is always a good idea".

Himmelmoor is the largest contiguous moor in Schleswig-Holstein and is one of the largest raised bogs in Germany.

Today we showed our Buchholz friends the Himmelmoor. With lots of sunshine🌤 and some muddy paths, the moor has shown itself at its best. We ended the sociable day comfortably with coffee ☕ and Friesentorte 🍰.
