October 9, 2021,Chesterfield Canal to Clumber Park
It’s been a while since I last rode this route from Kiveton Park to Clumber Park and like all Canal Towpaths it has good sections and some not so good sections, personally I’m not a fan of the fully sealed sections as tree roots break through making them really uncomfortable and slow to ride, give me loose gravel any day
Been under the weather recently so haven't been anywhere thankfully the weather Itself hasn't been great either so I haven't missed much.

I downloaded this off Komoot and would give whoever designed it 5*. A wonderful set of trails with great views. Some Road but I would estimate 80% on really good off road. Perfect for a gravel bike. Best take your own food and drink as there was a paucity of places to get coffee.
July 7, 2024,5 Pits Gravel Ride
This is a cracking gravel ride. I did it on an MTB but would have been fine on a gravel bike. Mixture of ancient and industrial history. 5*
