Lyme Regis Seafront

Highlight • Viewpoint

Lyme Regis is an enchanting seaside town that features in the Domesday Book and is home to much history. Set against moody blue cliffs yielding fossilised evidence of life on earth millions of years ago, the town is very tranquil and picturesque at any time of year.

Town Mill Bakery

Highlight • Restaurant

The Town Mill Bakery is brilliant! The eat in or take away breakfast, brunch, lunch or cakes are amazing, and the coffee and tea options are great. It's a really fun communal atmosphere with huge tables to share and well-cooked food.

Open 8:30 - 15:00 but closed Tue and Wed.

Cannington Viaduct

Highlight • Historical Site

A cracking view of the Cannington Viaduct from here. This Grade II listed structure dates back to circa 1900 and is built from concrete. It's a disused railway viaduct, and the third arch from the west end has been reinforced by an infilling of brick.

The Axminster and Lyme Regis Light Railway was authorised in 1899, built from 1900 and opened in 1903.
