Located on the edge of Bodmin Moor, Davidstow was once used as an airfield for military vehicles and was an important base during WWII. Over 100 aircrew lost their lives in accidents at the airfield. Today, the area is a peaceful contrast to its past. The lives and stories of those who served at the airfield is documented in the museum.

You can visit the museum from 10.30am to 4pm from Easter until October. Entrance is free, although donations are welcome. You can find more information, here: davidstowmemorialmuseum.co.uk
