The hike begins moderately with a greeting from sheep and the ringing of bells along Hagalivatnet. Halfway through, the path becomes muddy and sturdy shoes are required. Shortly before the destination, there are lots of scree and rocks. Caution is advised. Some climbing and adventure trails.
At the top, you are rewarded with a great view.
