July 31, 2022,1.Tour nach Corona 🥺

A good 1.5 weeks after a corona infection, my first round again. One would think with a light one. Everything is going well, but unfortunately not. About 45% worse performance values, slightly worse sense of balance, when trying to sprint, the leg muscles immediately contract and become heavy as lead. After the tour slight cough again 😵‍💫
