On the way from Marktoberdorf to Lechbruck, the steam locomotive tour leads between Steinbach and Freßlesreute on a two-kilometer-long ramp through the Sulzschneider Forest. The gradient is "only" two percent, but that's enough to sap your energy when trying to maintain the speed from the previous flat section. On the other hand, you can let the bike roll along nicely in the opposite direction.
