Würm Valley Cycle Path

Highlight • Cycleway

The Würmtal cycle path is mostly quite shady and is therefore a tip, especially on hot summer days.

The cycle path along the Würm through the Würmtal is always a highlight. The brook babbles lively over stony passages and there are always places where you can simply get to the brook to take a break.

Würmtal Cycle Path

Highlight • Cycleway

Gravel bike path until just before Pforzheim, there is then paved. Otherwise ideal on hot days, as there is a lot of shade from the forest/trees.

Today again best cycling weather 🌤️. Actually, today Petra and I were supposed to go to Freudenstadt for 3 days (by car) to then cycle through the Zinsbachtal to Nagold today, tomorrow into the Murgtal and on Sat into the Neckartal. After the weather app predicted fog and longer rain tomorrow in the Murgtal yesterday, we changed plans 😉.

We rode via Tiefenbronn and Mühlhausen to the Würmtal cycle path and then through the cool forest to Pforzheim. We cycled through the Hegenach residential area up to the …

Nice e-bike tour with a stop in the Seehaus beer garden (+++). Liebeneck Castle is currently (August 2022) scaffolded and cannot be entered.
Next time I will start at the parking lot at the end of Niefern in the direction of Öschelbronn.
