We took the bus from Los Christianos (route 482) at 8:00 a.m. —> it worked out great. The first few kilometers of the tour are difficult due to the gravel (some pushing sections), but after that, it's a very nice tour and highly recommended! The ride back down to the coast is also fun ;)
