Krackow Church and World War I Memorial

Obelisk in memory of the inhabitants of Krackow who died in the war of 1914-18.
The obelisk is located inside the church and is integrated with the surrounding wall. The church was built in the second half of the 13th century. In the nineteenth century, an apse was added to the east, a new eastern gable and another floor of the tower were erected. Romanesque-neo-Romanesque, single-nave temple. The nave has a flat ceiling, and the apse is ribbed. The main altar is decorated with a gilded wooden cross made by Christian Friedrich (his brother was the painter Caspar David Friedrich), transferred from the church in Reinberg. The pulpit also comes from this church. Two bells hang on the church tower: the older one, from 1702, cast in Szczecin by Johann Heinrich Schmidt, and the younger one, from 2004, cast in Sinn, in the Rincker bell foundry
