We were out and about in the Südheide in the best hiking weather. The beginning and the end were tedious because there is no real path, so off through the forest, no problem with the map. Otherwise always somehow on the Böhme or above to Bad Fallingbostel and then back. Beautiful route with lots of greenery, recommended.
