Very beautiful old spa town, many buildings around the inner harbor have been renovated. On the Weser side there are a few bars with a beer garden and a beautiful view of the Weser and the surrounding area.

Well rested we went on the tour, very beautiful landscape. Pleasant to drive and a lot of fun despite a short rain.

The day's destination was Hann Münden, the city of three rivers, where the Werra meets the Fulda, which forms the Weser.
The cycle path leads to the right and left, next to the Weser, sometimes next to the road and sometimes through the Weser valley.
From Hesse to Lower Saxony and back again.
Overall, recommended

Today we finally went on the Weser cycle path! Was planned for a long time, but a bad cold knocked us out for quite a while. Now let's go 😁
We started in Hann. mouths. From there left the Weser, i.e. on the Fulda cycle path, to Bad Karlshafen. Then back on the other side of the Weser on the …

Hard but beautiful. 2 steep sections with 25%. Hann. Münden is worth seeing

Very nice tour of the Weser, but the ferry trips were stopped at 6 p.m., which we didn't know about in advance. So at the end of the tour we drove back and forth between the Wahmbeck and Lippoldsberg ferries and then had to go back to Wahmbeck via Bad Karlshafen.

Finally 🚩 the last stage on the Weser cycle path. Literally - because my battery 🔋 “surprised” me with only 60% charge at the start. Oops 🙈 It was then (with a few exceptions) to manage the entire route well, i.e. eco-mode or offline. Which is why I actually only cucated afterwards. 🥵 We started with a fantastic view on …

Today the next stage on the Weserradweg was on the plan 🚴: From Herstelle to Hannoversch Münden and back. We turned around in Bad Karlshafen 14 days ago, so we wanted to get to the estuary now. So, in the best weather (sun ☀️, 25 ° C, light wind💨) we first gave us the Skywalk, then almost non-stop to the …

Tour wasn't actually planned so wanted to take the train back to Karlshafen, but it doesn't go via Hann. Münden so we only drove a short distance (about 10 km) by train
