90% of the tour could have been done with a regular bike. Lots of gravel, loose sand, and regular paths. I don't understand the reviews. The area is very beautiful, though. And there are plenty of elevation gains.

Beautiful route, due to heat I didn't take the last 2 red loops. Enough single tracks and the red loops are sometimes quite tough but very worthwhile.
The heathland is beautiful and smells very nice. Here and there some parts with loose sand but it's not worth mentioning. Animal kingdom was also awake...
