The part along the Levada was great. After visiting the nice café we should have walked back, the walk through the village was not so rewarding because of the many cars

Very nice pleasant levada walk WITHOUT ups and downs at the end.
Here again everything is beautifully overgrown and shady.
Fragrance pictures would be great, the whole time it smelled pleasantly of (I think laurel).
In the middle there are still beautiful views of Sao Lourenco and the Desertas.
