Tummel Suspension Bridge

Highlight • Bridge

Be mindful of the width of this bridge as it may be difficult to pass others with a pram/dogs etc so be willing to wait at one end to allow others to cross.

Port Na Craig Inn

Highlight • Pub

An old inn and restaurant (sucked kitchen with regional products) and 2 beautiful guest rooms furnished in English style. Not cheap, but an experience. The Inn can be seen from the pedestrian bridge, away from the hustle and bustle of the hackneyed tourist town.

Loch Faskally

Highlight • Natural

Two car parking areas: a proper asphalt one near the Pitlochry Dam visitor centre, and secondly a slightly closer-to-the-water grass 'n' mud one just to the north.

Pitlochry Dam Visitor Centre

Highlight • Monument

Situated on river Tummel. It has great views of the dam from the terraced cafe inside. Open Wednesday to Sunday 10 - 4.30pm

Pitlochry Dam and Fish Ladder

Highlight • Monument

Pitlochry Dam and fish ladder looking down towards Port na Craig suspension bridge (which is very bouncy!). If you’re lucky you will spot jumping salmon in the river, or see the dam open to let some of the water out of the loch on the other side.
