Lake in Schönbusch Park

Highlight • Lake

The Red Bridge stands in the park Schönbusch.

The Park Schönbusch (also Beautiful bush or French Bois-Joli) near Aschaffenburg is one of the oldest and largest in the style of the English landscape garden running park Germany.
He is today an important recreational area.

The Red Bridge at the northern end of the park (1789/90) is a special eye-catcher.
It was in 1934, set up with the establishment of the trunk road 26 (now B 26), here. Above the middle, slightly larger of its three arches is a relief plate with tendril ornamentation. The bridge balustrades are adorned with sphinx statues on their front sides.

Despite the huge number of people, there is an idyllic calm in the back part of the park, very nice for a mother-daughter stroll.
The beer garden is absolutely praiseworthy, 💯Sunday feeling with a chilled out lifestyle

So I've somehow connected everything and, because I've wanted to see Schönbusch for a long time, I've planned around it.
This park is amazing, sometimes like a field, sometimes like a forest, expansive...
I'll definitely go back, since I haven't explored all the trails yet...

I'm supposed to dance in a line?

That doesn't even occur to me.
I'm not a marionette.
Always kicking my leg up.
Turning a pirouette on the whistle?
I'm definitely not doing that.

Only headstands keep me really fit at this barre.

Mom says I should dance.

Then she'll be really proud.

I don't feel like it.
