From Bisschopshofen to Golling is not the nicest part: on busy road. There is no alternative as it is a (beautiful) pass between the mountains. From Golling to Salzburg is great, mainly asphalt, almost no cars. Some gravel tracks but not too bad.
You can also continue north along the river in Salzburg and then take the great cycling path …
