This grassy area features a line of benches offering the perfect picnic spot overlooking the Surrey and Sussex countryside.

Mostly level bridleway along the edge of Tilburstow Hill woods. Views to the south but very muddy in places when wet, making it slow going.

Single track bridleway off Jackass Lane. Joins up with the gravel track going under the A22 to Leigh Place. Muddy when wet but generally rideable as the path is firm beneath so you can ride through the mud.
