I started today at the Gunzesrieder Saw car park, which is subject to a fee, first by bike up the toll road to the alp and then on foot.
It goes briefly through a forest and then in hairpin bends across meadows to the first summit, the Heidenkopf. Here is just a very small, simple cross.
